The Breezy Point Surf Club offers employment in a variety
of different fields such as: lifeguarding, security, food services, landscaping,
maintenance, and cabana attending for anyone over the age of 14. All prospective
employees under the age of 18 must have working papers.
Every prospective employee is required to submit an application.
If you did not work for the club last season you must appear for an interview.

- Job Interview Dates have ended for the season. All applications submitted after April 18th, 2011 will be reviewed and added to our wait list. If a position becomes available we will notify you.
*** You must bring two forms of I.D. to the interview, such as, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Driver's License etc., along with your working papers and (if necessary) all lifeguarding certifications.
Competition for jobs is very keen. A large number of satisfactory employees from prior years will be hired and therefore, the number of openings will be relatively small. However, there will be some positions available which can be both interesting and lucrative. Bear in mind, however, that the operative word is WORK! As such, it requires a mature degree of responsibility and effort on your part. We have no interest in hiring young people whose sole ambition is to get a good tan or whose parents think "it would be nice for them to get outside for the summer".

No exceptions will be made, so if you find it impossible to stay through that time, please let us know now so that we may make arrangements for those on the waiting list.
